Home health is an option if the patient needs just physical therapy (no occupational therapy or speech therapy) and the patient is within a ten minute commute of the clinic.
Osteoporosis information and screening program is $50 per session.
A STAY FIT wellness program is available where individuals can work out on their own in the clinic following graduation from a regular physical therapy program. The cost is $50 for ten sessions.
Athletic Screenings and Sport Readiness programs are available.
Massage therapy, both half hour and hour massages are also available. The cost of an hour massage is $50, while a half hour massage is $30. Both the Marion and Mount Vernon clinics offer massage therapy.

Answer: For many insurances you do not need a prescription. Medicare does require one.
Question: Does Medicare also have a cap on physical therapy services?
Answer: Yes, Medicare has a benefit cap of $1840 for 2009, but there are numerous exemptions.
Question: Can I choose where to obtain my physical therapy?
Answer: Yes. With the exception of worker's compensation, you may go to a clinic or physical therapist of your choice.
