All major insurance companies cover services provided at Marion Physical Therapy and Ability Physical Therapy, including Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Coventry, Principal, United HealthCare, Railroad Medicare, Midland's Choice, Humana, Aetna, Medicare, Medicaid, and most private insurers. Some insurance companies require a doctor's referral, while others do not. We work with multiple worker's compensation carriers as well as auto and home insurers.
